Hazrat Hakim-ul-Ummah, Maulana Ashraf Ali Thanvi (رحمه الله تعالى), writes that he used to receive numerous letters and questions from people regularly. Each seeker required specific guidance in different sciences and practices. However, since this teaching was often verbal, there was always the risk of certain points being overlooked due to time constraints or lapses in memory. Therefore, the frequent questions and objections that were asked repeatedly could only be properly addressed by documenting them in writing.
Although many books are available on this subject, reviewing all of them is not without its difficulties. Considering this need, the author decided to compile and organize the content from various books into his writings. This would provide a more systematic and comprehensive way of presenting the teachings.
This book is divided into three sections:
- The first section is for individuals with limited intellectual capacity.
- The second section is for those of average intellectual capacity.
- The third section is for scholars and advanced students.
Each section includes the common topics extracted from various treatises, presented in detail and verbatim.
