This book contains the judicial decisions of the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him), the Rightly Guided Caliphs, the Caliphs of Islam, and the judges of the Islamic courts.

It includes landmark decisions from the time of the Prophet (peace be upon him) to the present day, with a special focus on the recent era, particularly the global figures like Maulana Mufti Muhammad Taqi Usmani, Pir Muhammad Karam Shah al-Azhari, and other judges of Pakistan’s Shari’ah courts.

The book also includes historic rulings on the finality of Prophethood from Pakistan’s Shari’ah courts, provided by Maulana Allah Wasaya Shahin, a prominent figure in the movement for the finality of Prophethood. Notably, it also features the three major rulings from the Supreme Court of Pakistan. The book is compiled by Maulana Ahmad Nadeem (Fazil Darul Uloom Karachi) and published by Taalifaat Ashrafiya.
